☐Insurance policy details
Separation-specific documents
☐Consent Orders or Binding Financial Agreement (if finalised)
☐Child support assessment or agreement (if applicable)
☐Family lawyer contact details (if you have one)
☐Any proposed settlement split (even if informal at this stage)
